Minka-Aire's Roto is a sleek, contemporary three-blade fan built around an efficient DC motor with a quiet 4-speed reversible drive and a handheld remote. It's a favorite for modern rooms thanks to its clean aluminum-and-blade aesthetic, and it moves air efficiently for its wattage. Note that the base F524 is a fan-only model; if you want light you'll want the Roto LED variant, which adds an integrated LED. WiFi control is possible only by adding a separate Bond bridge, so out of the box it's remote-controlled rather than app-connected. A great pick when looks matter as much as efficiency.
