The fowong D-Shape weather strip is a hollow silicone-rubber tube with a flat adhesive back, sized 3/8 inch wide by 1/4 inch thick and supplied as two 10-foot strips. The D profile compresses and rebounds, so unlike flat foam tape it keeps sealing larger or slightly uneven gaps (roughly 1/8 to 5/16 inch) for years rather than crushing flat in a season. Silicone tolerates heat, cold, and UV better than cheap PU foam, and the upgraded hot-melt adhesive grips well once the surface is clean and dry. It cuts to length with scissors and is good for door frames, window sashes, and cabinet edges, also cutting noise and dust. Downsides: the adhesive can fail on rough, textured, or cold surfaces, and a too-thick strip in a tight gap can make a door hard to latch, so matching the profile size to the gap matters.
